“Room”

1) superior twin bed is too small, more like single bed whereas other hotel are super single bed. 2) room light is too bright for night especially I prefer darkness but still need small light for toilet hallway. 3) tv should has more channels options for guest not feeling well that need to rest in room can watch indoor movie, YouTube or etc. 4) for hygiene purpose all bins should has plastic bag for disposal. Thanks

“ONE NIGHT STAY”

The room is spacious and clean. The internet very weak and not solve for all the time we stay. For own wifi might reach only 2-3 bars if lucky. How to do work without wifi? Paid rm3xx but the internet not working. The overall stay nearly perfect but felt bad while no internet connection.

“My feedback and review”

Overall good experience. minor issue on kettle but quickly replace with another after complaining to staff. Aircond noise abit high, yet still okay for me. Having sanitary and plumbing noise when floor above using toilet & shower. Wall acoustic okay, not able to hear noise from neighbor rooms. Shower water may flow out of shower area along the corner of kerb and glass partition. Hotel near restaurant, bars and bakeries. Overall is still good, it could be better if without the above issues.

“Nice stay”

Clean and good breakfast spread. Like the egg omelette staff attentiveness and porridge tastes warm and nice with the condiments. Will be good if the shower gel and shampoo are in pumps. Too little and quality can be better. Staff is responsive via email and able to find my friend lost item. Overall, happy with the service and enjoyed the stay. Will go back if there’s a chance:)
