NOVIVA HOTEL Taksim

The hotel room was extremely dirty, water was leaking from the refrigerator, bed sheets had dirt marks, the washroom sink was clogged, and cupboard and door handles were broken. When we asked the hotel staff, they were very rude about it. We had a 4 day booking but wr left the hotel in 1 night.

Nothing to add

5 min walk to metro. Near to many shops. Good price for the location. Clean room. A/C and mini fridge work. Helpful staff. Good value for money. Room is small, hotel is very steep downhill, and there is no lift so not the most accessible if disabled / have difficulty walking up stairs, but the front desk people were very nice and took my bags upstairs and gave me a lower floor room per my request.

Maybe it was my fault to select Bsementroom, Bathroom too small, no chair in room, room facility was poor.

Smelly room with poor facilities

Nice value for money but could be better as cleanliness and facilities

This was a cheap hotel but it was so bad it should have been even cheaper.

The location was good and convenient, but unfortunately the room itself was disappointing and did not match the quality shown in the photos. The bathroom door handle was broken, and the ventilation window was also damaged. For two guests, the room was initially provided with only one bath towel and one hand towel, so we had to request additional towels. Another inconvenience was the breakfast. Although breakfast was included in our booking, it was not served at the hotel itself. We had to walk around 200 metres to a separate hotel for breakfast, which wasn't something we expected.
