“Great location”

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station. Room and bathroom are big and clean. There’s a small shop in the lobby where you can buy all the basic necessities (like snacks and toiletries). I would definitely stay here again!

“Where is the love”

The check-in is my first impression. This was not okay. I was one hour early and they wanted to charge me €10 for early access. Then they charged €50 security deposit like I am some sort of hooligan, and no explanation of facilities or whereabouts at all. The small shop/outlet sells handy things like toothpaste and stuff for ridiculously high prices to make even more money on service items. Many TV channels are unaccessible. Breakfast is okay but no love, no attention. Come on... this might have been hotel winner in 2018 (still a proud sticker on the entrance, how sad...) but that was clearly from days gone by with for sure a different management that knew how to put guest in the center. In 2026 that love is sadly gone...

“Comfortable large rooms”

I was very pleased with my room. Especially the large bathroom made it easy to get ready in the morning and it was nice that the provided soap and shower gel were from Rituals. The room includes a couch that is comfortable enough to recover after a long day but still get back up to go out in the evening. The bed mattress was medium firm and seemed not too worn out. Only the variety of pillows was not to my liking. It took me some time to find a comfortable one. It was possible to turn off the AC that was set to a standard of 21 degrees. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Liked: Room is perfect, facilities also, king bed +sofa, coffee machine and teaport Ice dispencer in hall - it is interesting solution location is very suitable - 2 mins and you are in railway station - any direction train accessible grosseries in 20 and 25 mins of foot walking

Disliked: so weak internet signal (WiFI) - I tried to work but I can't - always interuptions some questions to housekeeper personal - 3 persons 3 times tried to clean my room in one day)))) iron is dirty and iron-board also
