I stayed on the 8th floor... the sea view and breakfast are delicious. The staff's friendliness goes without saying. I want to come again. I arrived in the early morning from Sapa and they let me check in early for a small fee. I rested well and am now heading to Hanoi.

The rooms are a bit dated but still very clean and tidy. Everything was fine. Reception and service respond immediately whenever called. One suggestion: upgrade the TV to a smart TV so guests can watch programs instead of just TV channels.

Liked: Lovely, clean hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The pool was lovely and very relaxing, and we also enjoyed having the pool table. The food was delicious and the hotel offered really good value for money
