Novotel London West Hotel

The hotel is located at an area with 3 of the transport lines. It is about 8mins walk from Hammersmith station. The room is tired, the carpet has stains. When I first walked into the room and looked into the toilet bowl, there was a clump of hair that was not flushed away. Breakfast is so so.

I stayed here over 9 nights with my son. A few suggestions for improvement and a couple of feedback. 1) To provide bidet 2) To do away with the bath tub. Space to shower in the bath tub is too small 3) To provide tissue paper in the room, not in toilet, which is not removable 4) To check with guests who staying more than 3 days for feedback instead of waiting until end of stay 5) feedback: there was once fresh towels came with a strand of long hair and another time came with colour hair. Both of us have short black hair, so obviously not ours. 6) feedback: tissue paper ran out but yet was not replaced after housekeeping 7) basin filter needs to be replaced as water flows out too slowly

Old but clean, comfy, but most hotels around the world provide access to charging phones, they dont, you need to buy it from them for 20 pounds🥲
