“Average stay a bit too pricy”
Liked: Restaurant, bar and pool available
Disliked: The room felt very old design and for a 4 star hotel. Bed / pillow were not that great. Not a good quality/price ratio for a Novotel hotel.

Disliked: Room was tiny for a family of 4. The hotel didn't look like a Novotel. It was old and dated.

“Very good”
Liked: Silent, staff were nice. Near to good restaurants and the museum.
Disliked: Room cleanliness so so… Breakfast scrambled eggs were sadly unedible. Parking is ok, but a little laberynth.

“Fine for a one night layover.”
Disliked: Only one socket in the room on one side of the bed. There was one in the corner of the room dedicated to a lamp but which only worked with the wall switch. There was also one in the bathroom.

“In a heat wave, it worked otherwise would have gone elsewhere”
Liked: One of the few hotels in the area with a pool. We went during the heat wave, so that was nice. Water bottle filling stations also nice and lounge area was clean and pretty.
Disliked: Rooms didn’t match online description for beds, not very clean and quite cramped.

“Nice a pleasant hotel.”
Liked: Willing personnel during breakfast, all food of the world
Disliked: We have taken a chair in bar and asked the waiter for an espresso, we were forced to pay immediately after service even though we wanted to order something more. It was afternoon in a quite hours.

“Nice hotel in a quiet part of the city”
Liked: We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout out visit. Both the hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
