“The location was really nice.”
The front desk staff were really unfriendly, but the concierges were absolutely excellent. The location is great — you can conveniently walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, a shopping mall, and many restaurants. I am 100% planning to stay here again.

“Friendly staff (airport taxi reservation assistance), comfortable hotel facilities,”
It's about a 5-minute walk to bus 72, and there's a Monoprix nearby, which made sightseeing convenient. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The best thing is that (you must use your own tumbler) the lobby offers free sparkling and still water, and it's really tasty. The sauna and pool are also free to use if you reserve in advance at the concierge, which was great, but you need to bring swimwear and a swim cap. A drawback: while there are many Korean restaurants nearby, there aren't many good-value places (especially French restaurants). Google Maps ratings for nearby restaurants are generally positive, but in my experience most steaks were tough and just so-so, so I recommend eating near the Louvre or other tourist areas instead. By the way, the staff are very kind: late check-out was available until 1 p.m., and they arranged a taxi to the airport right away. An environmental tax is charged per reserved room and per night. If one adult and three children share a room, and you book two rooms under the adult's name, the tax could be applied to both rooms, so I recommend booking under the children's names when possible. (We booked all five rooms under the same adult name, so technically we were charged the environmental tax for all rooms, but the desk kindly refunded us. It was a bit of a hassle, so please be aware.) I would like to stay at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Hotel again on my next trip.

“Traveling to tourist attractions is easy with bus number 72.”
The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from bus 72, and there’s a Monoprix nearby, so it was convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Best of all (you need to use your own tumbler), there is free sparkling and still water available in the lobby and it tastes really good. The sauna and pool can be used free of charge if you reserve in advance at reception, which was great, but you need to bring swimwear and a swim cap. What was disappointing: there are many Korean restaurants nearby, but there weren’t many good-value, tasty places—especially French restaurants. Google Maps ratings for nearby restaurants look generally good, but when you try them most steaks are tough and the flavor is just so-so. I’d recommend eating around the Louvre or other tourist areas instead. By the way, the staff are very kind; late checkout was possible until 1 pm and they booked a taxi to the airport for us right away. An environmental tax is charged per reserved room and per night. If one adult and three children share the same room, you may want to make one of the reservations under a child/teen’s name—if you book two rooms both under the adult’s name, both rooms may be charged the environmental tax. (We had all five rooms booked under the same adult name, so technically all were liable, but the desk kindly refunded it. It was a bit of a hassle, so just a heads-up.) I’d like to stay at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Hotel again on my next trip.

“The worst hotel during my entire European trip”
The service provided was unsatisfactory. I was allocated a room with a malfunctioning refrigerator and non-functional USB ports. The staff informed me that a technician would be dispatched to rectify the issue and requested that I remain in my room. I waited for one hour but received no response. This is unacceptable service. If the issue is anticipated to be protracted, the most efficient course of action would be to request a change of room. This was the worst service I had during my entire European trip.

“I don't think I will use it again overall.”
The first room we were assigned had loud flushing noises from the room above all night, so we couldn't sleep. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that was nauseating. We couldn't tolerate it and asked to be moved, and they switched our room. The new room had been remodeled, so those issues were gone. We felt bad because it seemed like they were assigning older, rundown rooms to East Asian guests—especially older people—who might have difficulty with language. We would not want to stay at this hotel again.

“Exceptional”
The room was spacious clean and sufficient for 3 adults. The staff was supportive, attentive. The lobby is superb and breakfast spread was amazing. The location is good, but around 1.5km away from eiffel tower. We stayed 2 times here. First day, the view from room was disappointing but for next visit, we had Excellent city view. Overall, we has pleasant stay
