Novotel Warszawa Centrum Hotel

I was surprised at how cheap it was, given that the hotel is right in the middle of the city. The rooms are quite modern and clean, and there are water dispensers in the elevator halls on each floor where I could fill up bottles with free water. It takes about 30 minutes to walk from the old town, but if you’re sightseeing, it’s fine because you can see the city. There’s a 24-hour convenience store right in front, and there are plenty of bars, so I could grab a drink before returning to the hotel. Also, I drove there, and I parked in the multi-story parking lot just behind the hotel; it was free when I showed the ticket at the reception. Honestly, the conditions were so good that I was amazed. The staff was very kind and efficient. I will definitely stay here again.

It was convenient to take the bus from the airport and get off right in front of the hotel. When returning, it was also convenient to take the bus from diagonally across the hotel to the airport. I didn't have high expectations looking at the exterior of the building, but the interior was cleaner and more modern than I expected, which was satisfying. However, I was suspicious about whether the refrigerator was actually on since it wasn't very cool, and the water pressure was low during showers, which was a bit frustrating. I stayed on Thursday and Friday; Thursday night was quiet. However, Friday night was quite noisy due to club music coming from outside almost until morning. I liked that there was a sparkling water dispenser in front of the elevator, allowing me to drink cool water each time, and overall, I was satisfied. If I visit again, I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is clean and model. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got the room on the 3rd floor. It was nice and modern. The breakfast is good value, variety of selections. There are hot food, hot vegetables, nuts, seeds for yogurt, oats, cereals, soy milk, milk, many kinds of cheese, fish, coffee, juices. Water cooler with sparkling water, and still water. Oh they don't provide conditioner, or a body cream. This is a small bummer for me who has a long hair.

Highly recommended place to stay in Warsaw. Central location, basic but good gym, sauna, nice breakfast).

Staff was very friendly at check-in and offered us with upgrade. Great location for city walks.

We stayed at Novotel for three nights in a Superior Room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Our room was on the 17th floor, facing the stadium side of the building. Since there isn’t much traffic on that side, it was quiet enough at night, even for sensitive sleepers. The hotel also has a good central location, about a 10-minute walk from the main station. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for a child, while the double bed was on the firmer side. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and during peak hours there were two breakfast rooms open, which helped avoid overcrowding. The hotel was generally clean, with daily housekeeping (you can opt out if you prefer). There are separate elevators for the lower and higher floors, which kept waiting times reasonably short. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice and is near the train station. It is not far from the old town. Staff was nice and informative. The breakfast was great too.

The location is excellent. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, the main train station is within walking distance, and tram stops are conveniently close, making it easy to get around Warsaw. The room was acceptable, but the shower water pressure was very weak. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It repeatedly turned itself off during our stay. When I reported this to reception, I felt I was being gaslighted. I was told that the air conditioner had probably switched itself off because the room had reached the target temperature. That explanation made no sense, as the room was clearly still hot. I asked for a technician to inspect it instead. Although it was supposedly fixed, the problem remained. The thermostat displayed 19°C, but the actual room temperature was still around 26°C. This was during a week when outdoor temperatures reached 38°C, so a properly functioning air conditioner was essential.
