Perfect location! I enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect... right in the heart of Chiang Mai Old Town with so many places within walking distance. The room was very clean & comfortable...and great value for money. A lovely place for solo travellers! 😊

“Homie and Cozy place ever”
The best location you’ll ever have in this price. I stayed for 2 nights. Feel like home. The room is new and clean but amenity is not so much ( no TV) but you can ask the staff about that (Hair dryer etc.) what I loved the most is laundry very useful❤️ recommend in overall 🩷🩷🩷

“The perfect room and location for our stay!”
Liked: Our stay was amazing! We booked the family room and it was big, clean, great beds, great shower, great washroom and fantastic big beds. Service was excellent and location was close to everything so we walked everywhere.
Disliked: Nothing! It was exactly what we wanted!

“Good accommodation, don't miss out.”
I booked a room for 4 people. The room is spacious, with a soft white tone that's easy on the eyes. The accommodation is clean, and there are 2 bathrooms for showering and a toilet. It has a large table for dining, a large kitchen counter, filtered water, a personal microwave, a refrigerator, and soft comfortable beds, making it feel very worth the price. As for the location, you can walk out and find a 7-Eleven nearby. The accommodation is in the city zone, near the Tha Pae Walking Street, which has many restaurants and is full of food at night, with beautiful spots for taking photos. It's convenient to call a Grab for transportation, and using a motorcycle taxi makes it even easier. The accommodation also has parking. In the mornings, you can walk around the city and visit temples for prayer; it's quite a tourist area. The service is very polite and friendly, with check-in at the scheduled time and check-out before noon. I would like to recommend it for everyone to try. Personally, I've stayed there twice, and I would go again if I have the chance.

“Unbeatable value in old town”
Location is super, walking distance to temples and markets both morning and night and also to a massage place highly recommended by my friend. Only thing is the walls are thin, maybe bring earplugs.

“Those who like the old town can choose here.”
The family room I stayed in is on the first floor, so I don't have to climb stairs. It's in a good location in the old town, with a lively night market and temple nearby. However, the room did not provide a toothbrush or toothpaste, and there were mosquitoes at night. I contacted the accommodation via WhatsApp to ask if they had mosquito coils, but there was no reply. The sound insulation was not very good; on the last night, someone upstairs was moving back and forth with a suitcase, which woke me up.
