Nuvo Suites Miami Airport West/Doral

Todo estuvo perfecto, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda, el personal súper amables, y el desayuno muy bueno.

Liked: It was close to the Dolphin Mall

Disliked: The washer dryer was old and small. Made a lot of noise. Slept 4 nights and housekeeping only changed the towels, took out the kitchen trash and made the bed. Didn't change the sheets or clean the floor

Location is good, rooms are clean but staff questionable. I was on crutches and in a surgical boot and they would not assist me with just getting an outage trolley. Most of the staff only speak Spanish either no English at all. This was my 3rd stay and service not great, always issue with something in the room. This time the safe was broken, they sent someone to fix when I was out, then didn’t shut my door properly so left room unsecured. The location is good for airport, shopping. The pool was a nice.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, good basic breakfast and valet service.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great prices, good breakfast and valet parking included.

Disliked: Doesn't had regular coffee maker in bedroom

Liked: Clean, modern and convenient

Disliked: No complaints

Its a budget "suite", if you know this then you will be ok. The saving grace is the staff, particularly the on duty manager yesterday at approximately 4pm Sept 5. The room didnt smell good at all, the couch smelled like someone just got done working a construction site and sat in it before shower, the room itself smelled like an old dirty mop was used. No way could stay there. We immediately checked out, yes knew was eating the cost of the room. The manager refunded the pet fee as we were in the room approximately 20 min. So that is why they get the only high rating for service.

unfortunately the labor workers that they’ve used for renovation did a sloppy job with tile work, silicone sealing, installing the fixtures, etc, so this will bring down the place in 2-3 years. The only thing I missed very badly is the usb charging oorts at least 2 of them. Anyway, I was happy there and liked the bed as well. So if I go to Miami again I would prefer this hotel if they won’t jump with the price.
