NXT PARK Hamburg by ANS

Liked: The location was conventional

Disliked: The towels were dirty even when they changed them everyday. Lots of dust everywhere and even saw someones hair/shaving in the bathroom. Blanket was stiff and not so comfy

the room was dirty and not clean, there were insects inside even in the sheet. If the hotel improves the cleaning then it could be reasonable to stay due to its price. Location is kinda good near the train station.

Liked: Easy check in

Disliked: There were silverfish on the floor

Liked: The location was good.

Disliked: The room wasn't clean. Also it has a bit of an unpleasant smell. The WiFi was very bad. And the towels were USED!!

Liked: Room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Disliked: No AC. In summer the room stays too warm to sleep and opening window just swaps heat for street noise. There’s a fan but in real heat it does nothing

Liked: I like it nice and clean

Disliked: The people at the Reception are all nice I dont have problem. But the Housekeeping, especially the 2 guys cleaning are terrible. They will knock on your door and ask when will you checkout even though there is signage at your door “Do not disturb” it happened to me twice he said their list is not updated, i get it but why would you knock and ask directly the guests why dont you call your manager and ask. That was terrible.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everything were bad

Liked: Great value and good location (right at the train/bus station). The rooms are very tidy, modern and clean. They must have been renovated recently. Definitely.much better than what I usually get at this price.

Disliked: I arrived late and check-in was only possible at a "vending machine" at the front door, which was somewhat tedious. Hair dryer in my room didn't work.
