“Amazing place, amazing hotel!”
Liked: Beautiful design hotel. I really appreciated its atmosphere. Location is absolutely great. Just 1 km from Acropolis, in the center, safe and nice places around. Breakfast was in part international but in part Greek, so you can taste local seasonings and specialities.
Disliked: Coffee is bad in Greece so it is in this hotel. Beside that, I did not find anything wrong.

“First class stay in Athens.”
Liked: Breakfast was amazing. The choices were incredible. Something for absolutely everyone's taste. The staff were also totally on point. Zeta in the business lounge was amazing. She couldn't do enough to support us. She is a keeper. Also, Nicole in guest services was also so helpful.
Disliked: Having to book for the pool and when we showed up for our booking people weren't moving. They were a very large group that took up the entire pool area. The staff did make up for it by getting us a booking for the following day; and checked in with us whilst we were at the pool to see everything was ok.

“Great hotel, location. The Best staff on all levels that we have ever experienced. Fantasstic loc.”
Liked: the Staff was increcibly attentive and accomodating. I think the best of any hotel I've stayed in. They went out of their way to make sure we were feelinng great about everythings. Also the rooftop bar and restaurant are fantastic.
Disliked: the lighting system was way too complicated. Also, the A/C system, needed a special adjustment from maintenance to maintain 20 Celsius. Room was too hot the first two nights before the adjustment. Room was small in our opinion. Needed to have more drinking water than 2 cartons!

Liked: Great location, near to Sintagma square, Ermou street and metro. Excellent breakfast. The staff was very kind and ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean. A little bit expensive but its worth it!

“Fabulous pick of accommodation”
