Oaga Art Resort Maldives – All Inclusive

Beautiful resort! I would love to come back. The staff are excellent and so friendly. This resort has more of a local feel to it, with local staff, a local welcoming and farewell, great entertainment and a variety of activities. I absolutely LOVED my stay here and highly recommend it to others.

Oaga Art Resort is unusual given the emphasis on art, including classes, and because almost all the activities are part of the AI package. The staff are really great, and food was really good. Would recommend.

Our stay at Oaga Art Resort was truly memorable overall. We had the opportunity to immerse ourselves deeply in Maldivian culture, which made the experience even more special. The overwater villa was exceptional—spacious, well-designed, and complete with a large private pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The slide feature added a fun and unique touch. We also appreciated the exclusivity and serene atmosphere of the resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we were consistently impressed by the quality and variety offered. What stood out the most, however, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the restaurant and bar teams to the kids’ play area, spa, and even those assisting with animal feeding, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. We would like to extend special thanks to Mam Gina for her kindness and generosity. The team at the main pool was also wonderful, especially one of the female staff members who was particularly attentive. We deeply appreciated the restaurant staff who went out of their way to prepare nuggets and fries for our children. Reekesh’s thoughtful gesture of giving flowers to our daughter upon departure was truly heartwarming. Additionally, a friend of Rakesh in the restaurant—whose name we unfortunately forgot—was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our meals. That said, as returning visitors to the Maldives, we noticed some areas for improvement. Our assigned butler, Shifu, was able to assist with basic needs; however, the service felt somewhat limited compared to our previous experiences. We were not fully informed about all the available amenities, such as volleyball, darts, and the wellness area near the arcade, and we did not receive a proper tour of the resort. There were also a few operational concerns. The buggy provided on our first day had a low battery, and there was confusion regarding our departure time—we were initially advised to be ready at 9:00 AM, but the actual departure was at 11:00 AM. Additionally, we sincerely hope that no guest will feel any discomfort or concern related to differences in treatment, as inclusivity is an essential part of hospitality. Despite these points, our overall experience at Oaga was wonderful. The place, the people, the food, and the experiences created lasting memories for us and our loved ones. True to its name, Oaga represents memories and love—and we are grateful to have shared such meaningful moments there with our loved ones. ❤️

It is a well maintained resort with very courteous staff and hospitality. Food was amazing, sunset cruise is a must do!

good experience, for families and couples

We enjoyed our stay at Ooga art resort.. they serve wide range of drinks menu with fantastic food menu everyday! The gym facilities here is fantastic. We enjoyed the standing paddle, sunset cruise and so many more.. Thank you Ooga staffs for your great hospitality.

The scenery is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. Everything here is perfect!
