“Its under construction at the moment”

The property is under renovation so constantly there was noise & only few rooms are ready. We were given room on 4th floor but the lift is till 3rd floor. Also after 10 the reception doesnt provide any service like water bottle or anything. We were told to buy from outside in the night so not the best experience. The pool didnt look hygienic with construction going on.

“Very good”

Liked: The location was so central to Ella town and maybe 100mtr to the famous Chill Cafe. Our quad room was the largest hotel room we have ever stayed in and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I would recommend this place to others for a 3 star hotel. I left something in the room and they were kind enough to ship it to another address in Colombo for me to collect before flying home.

Disliked: The room was very clean however the bathroom did have a build up of mould.

“Nice hotel in great location”

The staff were very helpful at the hotel. Easy checking process. Only major issue was construction taking place all day and went into the early evening. After a call to report the matter to the reception it stopped eventually. Central to the restaurants and shopping.
