“Cockroaches in the units and thin wall/ floor”

Reported cockroaches in the unit to reception but there was no cleaning services throughout my stay of 4 days. I can also hear the passerbys talking as the wall/ wooden floors are not soundproof.

“Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable!”

Absolutely the worst hotel experience we have ever had! My sister in law and I were extremely disappointed and disgusted with our experience. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay turned into a complete nightmare. The whole experience was unacceptable, and we felt that we had completely wasted our money. We were so unhappy that we wanted to cancel our booking and find somewhere else to stay. Unfortunately, because it was already late, we had no choice but to stay for the night. It is extremely frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on accommodation only to be left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable and desperate to leave. I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone. Based on our experience, it was absolutely not worth the money, and I would never consider staying here again. A complete disappointment. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this property!
