Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta

Liked: 2nd stay here. Staff were very helpful and helped us get back our items that we accidentally left during check out. Value for money for the location and quality of the room.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: We keep coming back to Oakwood. Unbeatable location for Kuningan Timur, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, great pool.

Disliked: Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta is listed as 'apartments' or 'vacation rental on google maps. So you you won't find it when searching for hotels in Kuningan.

Fantastic place to stay and the staff were wonderful!

Liked: safe and secured place. clean. close to many facilities.(malls,supermarket,restaurant’s. breakfast varieties was not many but quality was good. very good choice for short and long stay.

Disliked: one of the breakfast waiters brought a small plate of cheese and request me to write good review about him and the restaurant. no need for this act mr only. kitchen is not fully equipped in some apartments.

Liked: Great location, good value for inner city and 3 bedroom apartment is spacious. Can recommend.

Disliked: Service personell very nice, but some need to work on their skills. Did not extend our access card even we extended the stay. Good work a bit on their customer support. This was an unnecessary awkward situation.

This one’s great for families & groups. The rooms are spacious. The property is conveniently located near the mall - walking distance. Most food places are nearby. The retail row of the property is complete, you hardly need to go anywhere else for your needs.

Liked: Very well maintained, security & safety well taken care of, clean & spacious. Breakfast superbly delicious 👍👍👍

Disliked: Nothing i can think of

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta. The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything you need, which made getting around Jakarta very easy. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the amenities, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were consistently clean and thoughtfully cared for. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was also delicious, with a great selection and quality. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Oakwood Premier Cozmo. Between the great location, excellent amenities, cleanliness, wonderful staff, and delicious food, it truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

Disliked: There honestly wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property. If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be to offer a wider variety of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. Having a few more plant-based choices would make the dining experience even better and more inclusive for guests with different dietary preferences. Overall, though, this was a very minor point in an otherwise wonderful stay.
