“Great stay”
Good location right next to Tokyo Station and shops. The room was little bit dated but the staffs were very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Hiroaki and all the staff members for going out of their way to help us.

“Tokyo station best location”
The location is right by Tokyo Station. Compared with Tokyo hotels in the same area with similar room conditions, the price is about half, but the location and room condition are excellent. Since it was a business trip I didn't use the hotel's facilities, and because I was traveling around a lot in Tokyo that was fine. For a long business trip this seems like the best location. I even got an upgrade to a better room, so I had an even nicer stay. Having a kitchen was especially great — it made cooking my own meals very easy.

“Beautiful hotel in a superb location!”
Liked: The hotel is superb. The Most comfortable bed and luxurious shower. Super clean. Every amenity you can think of is provided in the room. We received a room upgrade upon arrival. Thank you Oakwood Premier Tokyo! Location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Station which is the main transport hub that will literally take you anywhere in Japan. Bonus: there is a bus service running airport transfers to both Narita & Haneda Airports, just downstairs on the ground floor!
Disliked: Having to leave! 😥

“New and exceptional”
Liked: Very Nice Hotel, rooms are a great size, beds very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I found it unusual that you had no milk for the coffee or tea in the room.

“Very good apartment at great location”
Liked: Super convenient location next to bus stop to Airport and Tokyo Station; spacious apartments and very nice service; access to great gym
Disliked: More limited breakfast variety and bathroom is in the bedroom - when we book apartment we want the people not yet sleeping to have freedom to move and not have the toilet next to the bed

Liked: The location
Disliked: The breakfast was bare bones Consider the price of the breakfast and the room charge. The dryer in the unit didn’t dry the clothes properly. The clothes came out damp after one hour of drying. I only had 3 summer outfits in the dryer. The dryer smelled a little moldy. I think there was not too lint. The dryer and washer was the number one reason when traveling with a family for more than a week. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.

“Great location to stay”
Liked: The location was great. Had a good view from the room. Had a good kitchen which was important for us
Disliked: Number of things did not work in the room. Dishwasher was misaligned. Toilet seat was not warming up. The rug in the living area was dirty. Furniture in living area was also not good. When we arrived we pointed out all these things but the staff took no action
