Had booked the family suite. Room was spacious! (perhaps a little too spacious when there's only 1 chair) Do request for more chairs where required. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Had a restful stay here.

Stayed for 2 nights and had our wedding lunch and ceremony in Bedrock Origin. Initially there was a leak and a leaking sound in the toilet and the engineer came down to fix it, facilities like the pool and gym were on the smaller side but was in good condition. Location is very good, just a 1 min walk to the monorail.

Great, as always at oasia

My family and I had such a lovely time staying at this hotel! We initially booked a family suite and a deluxe room at the last minute, but decided to upgrade to two family suites instead. The kind lady at the counter, Kai Ting, was extremely understanding and accommodating. She was incredibly helpful and managed to get us rooms close to each other. I also have to give a shout-out to the bellmen, as they were so ready to welcome us with a smile. Many other staff members also greeted us each time we passed by. It is rare for staff outside of their main stations to go out of their way to acknowledge you like that! The beds were so comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, and the rooms were perfectly clean. I especially appreciated that the family room features a double/queen bed alongside an actual sofa bed that transforms into a proper sleeping space—unlike some other hotels where it’s just a standard sofa. The furniture arrangement was pure perfection, featuring two TVs (one in the main room and another in the sofa area) to easily accommodate everyone. Our only minor complaint is that the lighting only has two options: either completely bright or completely dark. I would suggest adding lamps, especially in the sofa room, so guests have the option of a soft, low light. Right now, you have to rely on the toilet lights, which connect to the main room and can be disruptively bright. Thank you to the team—you guys did an amazing job! We loved it, and the location is absolutely perfect!

Place and location is great. Beautiful building. Downside if you are driving, Limited space. And toilet no bidet. No halal option in the restaurant. Nearby 7-11 though. Imbiah station just opposite. And requested for simple decor for my son birthday but not arrange

Superb Location

The space within the premier family room is wonderful. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Only one thing to note: I called in before the day to inform them that I will be celebrating my birthday during the stay, but I did not receive any pleasant surprise:)
