Liked: Quite big and Clean room, very comfy bed, great breakfast. 👍Near the hotel are 2 bus-stops and the city attractions are easy to reach with public transport (because parking is very expensive in whole Prague area). There is a gym with basic cardio equipment.

Disliked: There were no dark curtains in the room and it felt pretty uncomfortable. But otherwise no complaints.

Liked: The extra large bed and the bathtub

Disliked: The floor had already some damages, during breakfast you need to share table and it gets really crowded.

Liked: Staff, breakfast, room were great. Breakfast is a lovely spread with fresh produce and fresh pastry. Nice experience, not too crowded either.

Disliked: The lifts are HORRIBLE. There are two lifts for hundreds of rooms and they take so long to wait for that I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. I waited for 15 minutes from the 6th floor to go down. Horrible, needs immediate fixing.

Liked: The breakfast is excellent, and Emmanuel is the best clerk at the desk, he's so polite and does his job well

Disliked: The lobby area smell awful, the chairs need changing, and the hotel rooms need queen size bed in order to have a little more space 5o move around comfy in the rooms.

Liked: Just the location

Disliked: The staff were not courteous and the ladyl responsible for breakfast 'helga'was terrible. I asked for a room without bath as a mature person but was not granted my request The first room they gave mewas falling apart however, that did not have a bath and I asked to change the room and they gave me one with a bath, which was so deep and slipperyI was slipping around when trying to get out. I tried to call reception area and no one answered. And from that day until I left I did not see the person who booked me. Also the cleaning lady pulled the door wanting clean while I was in my room resting. You are not even allowed a drinking bottle of water for your room.!

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff and very good breakfast

Disliked: Terrible solution with WC and shower in the room. Feels like you are too exposed and don’t have any privacy while visiting WC

Except the elevators can be very crowded and take a long time to get in. The windows in the room is not soundproof and can hear the noise even on top floor. Breskfast only serves at 7am and is too late.

Liked: Great view from executive room. Good hotel but a bit aged already. Breakfast good, lots of choices. Overall nice.

Disliked: Room cleaning needs to be more accurate, as its quite high class hotel. Some details but these also make your stay. Were missing glass in room, coffee cups were not cleaned from previous customers, bedside lamp was all dirty, window also dirty, as at this level 12th it seems that all customers like to look out of the window with their nose up 😆 Also a bit odd situation, we checked in, went to room and went to get bags from car and when entering back to room some repair man was in our room and repairing something in bathroom. Strange, as we were already checked into room.
