“You can see the hotel building from Masjid An Nabwi”

Really close to the gate 328. Everything is just around the corner. Good restaurants at a short stroll and at the hotel entrance. Will recommend highly!

“Very good option”

Affordable value for money. This is a very good option especially for females as it is very close to the female gates.

“Exceptional”

The hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. Its location near Haram is a big advantage, and overall, everything was perfect. However, the staff was quite rude, and I had to repeat the same request several times, which was frustrating. The hotel itself is great, but the staff really needs to improve their attitude and customer service.

“Worst experience at this price”

Didn't get the room I booked even after booking a month prior. No toiletries were given after complaining again and again got them. Asked for the room change to the manager and he told us that they will change it next day but still didn't get the room changed no apology, no competency, no guest service and to top of it the room shown in the picture on app and the room given is completely different. Pathetic room and moreover pathetic service at this price which they are charging. There are far better hotels than this one who are charging less than this *** with good location near to haram.
