“Shady business practices.”

Liked: not a single thing

Disliked: We had our reservation 8 months in advance. The morning of the first stay, they said Booking.com put us in a King room (lie) and that we would have to re-book to get an available double room and the price would be approximately $500 more. An hour later, after Booking.com contacted them, they canceled the reservation due to "overbooking".

“Meets expectations for a cheaper stay near Miracle Mile.”

Liked: Location. Relatively easy in/out for that part of Chicago. Price was a good amount lower than other properties in the area but quality wasn't too much lower.

Disliked: It's noisy but expected for motel style in an urban area. There didn't appear to be thermostat control, but the temperature was plenty cool for sleeping in August. The McDonald's next door has an extreme amount of loitering, drug use, and general vagrancy after dark. Not a great vibe if you're with your young family.

“Convenient, good parking, deli on the property..”

Liked: Very convenient and easy to find location. Even though parking costs extra, it is very close to your room.

Disliked: Chicago taxes very high but, of course this affects every hotel in the city.
