OKKO Hotels Lyon Centre

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Good location too. Highly recommended!

Liked: Location.

Disliked: Small room.

Liked: We liked the quiet location near the river. The property is well managed and maintained and has an excellent breakfast and small restaurant for dinner. We had a larger room with several windows that looked over the river to the city.

Disliked: Although our room was large, our bathroom was tiny. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom making it impossible to dry our towels for use the next day. Perhaps a towel rack outside the bathroom could be provided.

Liked: Enjoyed the breakfast and having access to all day coffee machine was wonderful. Happy hour with small plates was fun. Good location and quiet room.

Disliked: Bathroom was a little small. Shower water pressure was good for handheld but low for overhead.

Liked: This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of everything you would want to walk to. It also has nice views of the city and river. The lobby and lounge are also nice. The facilities and room were clean and the service was excellent. We were very pleased with all of the peole who helped us at the hotel. The breakfast was also pretty good. They also have nightly snacks at 6:30 which was nice.

Disliked: The room was very small and had a very uncomfortable layout. The placement of the bathroom, the doors, etc. all made this a subpar experience. Whoever designed the rooms has never considered staying in one. The room also felt dark because the paint was dark and there were not enough lights in the room to make it bright in the evening. They also had a lounge/club that was supposed to have soft drinks and snacks, but it didn't have much. No soft drinks, almost no snacks, etc. Just coffee and tea. It really didn't feel close to a traditional club room.

Perfect stay!

Liked: Excellent staff (friendly and helpful), comfortable room, nice breakfast and good location. Room was of good size with a nice bed and good shower. Enjoyed the highly happy hour in the lobby with good glasses of wine and snacks available. Location is good with proximity to the old town and shopping district. Within walking distance but we used ride share most of the time.

Disliked: Nothing of note.

Liked: Location and staff were great
