“Exceptional”
Liked: The check-in process was a first for me/you literally check in at the bar! Genius. You sit down, have a drink, and suddenly the whole Amsterdam experience opens up to you. It captures the spirit of Amsterdam to a “T.” The staff were amicable, warm, and genuinely friendly. What a brilliant concept and such a great way to start the experience. Genius. Pure genius.
Disliked: I loved everything about the location. You are literally in the middle of it all! To the left, you have the famous Red Light District, while to the right is everything else Amsterdam has to offer. You really couldn’t ask for a more central location to experience the city. And don’t forget—the train station is less than a 3-minute walk away, which makes getting around incredibly easy. I loved it!

“Perfect for a few nights in Amsterdam”
The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the train station and right in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. As it’s so central, it can get a little noisy. Also, be aware that there is no lift, the stairs are typically very steep, and there is no fridge in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

“Very good”
Liked: Great location and staff. Easy reach to all places by tram or walking, easy to get to the airport
Disliked: Windows are not well insulated; noise until late st night. Outstanding staff at the checkin and bar. Definitely enjoy a pint or two at the bar

“Never going back there!”
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up stairs with no help from the staff. The bathroom floods when you get a shower. The bed is uncomfortable. The maid stole my makeup and I had to buy new stuff because they wouldn’t believe it. No parking for at least a 15 minute walk.
