Old Oak Tree Inn

I wouldn’t expect a dog to stay in the room I was given. Nothing in it but a bed. No towels or tea coffee, no shower curtain and the place was filthy

Liked: No good

Liked: I didn't like it at all because it is shown very well in the picture but there is nothing like that to see

Disliked: There is no cable connection in the television here, the television is kept only for showing

Nice place

There is no bin in the room, There are no hangers just a rail. There is no where to put clothes other than this rail so you'd have to delve into your luggage (bring your own hangers) There is no coffee / tea in the room. There is a 8 digit code to enter your room - which is a bit much - remember to carry the note with you when you pop to the loo.

Booked 2 nights only stayed 1 as very unclean bed bugs on bed couldn't stay another night

Avoid this place. Dirty sheets. Room smells like there was a dog living there. They offered me bed sheets as bath towels. It states private bathroom on the listing. Its actually shared. Very disappointing service and facilities.

Not recommended. Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. Cleanliness was not properly maintained in either the room or the shared bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned adequately, and even basic amenities such as toilet paper were not provided. We had booked a twin room with a shared bathroom, but one of the beds was completely unstable and collapsed when I sat on it, which was both inconvenient and concerning from a safety perspective. Overall, the facilities did not meet expectations, and the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property to others.
