Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

Liked: the environment and finishes are beautiful.

Disliked: I spent $700.00 in the spa and there was no hot water in any of the showers in the spa. Very disappointing. I asked the hostess in the locker room if any of the showers had hot water and she said no and that she would let the engineer know.

Liked: Great view and location

Disliked: One of the receptionist was a Gen Z stare attitude and face not helpful. Breakfast was not that good. Plate was dirty. Rooms need an upgrade. Beds were squeaky.

Liked: The property itself was absolutely beautiful and all of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The adult pool was hot. The main pool, although beautiful, was very crowded.

Disliked: The unit was leaking water, as such, Emma Johnson the front office manager told us she would refund our stay. We left the hotel the same day as check-in. I have a video of the water leak.

Liked: The location, beautiful property. Restaurants.on the property so u really dont have to leave off thr property. Rooms where really nice. Air conditioner blow really cool keep you cool in the AZ Heat. The staff is. Really nice and helpful. The ground and the greenery on ths property is really nice..this property is a 10/10.

Disliked: Really no complaints.

Liked: Probably the room

Disliked: Didn’t live up to the hype. Too far to walk everywhere, drinks were hit or miss, a lot of things were closed. They stopped serving drinks at the pool at 5pm. Weird.

Liked: I loved the landscape, outside decor, the updated all of their pool chairs, cabanas, umbrellas, and hotel room decor has been updated from the last time we stayed here. The entire atmosphere had such quaint, quiet relaxing ambiance!

Disliked: We first checked in… we were assigned a room in far back of the resort. Which is no problem but I noticed right away several bugs were inside like moths, spiders and a sewer roach with a lot of mosquitoes. So I immediately switched to a different room which was a total night and day experience. My guess is a lot of room in the back don’t get much action so maybe that’s why creepy crawlers got it. Also at night we were at the pool and once the sun went down we noticed we were seated over a manhole cover to the underground sewer, well just never sit over there because a whole bunch of sewer roaches come out at night. Not sure if that can be remedied because it is a drain system.

Liked: Gorgeous place, we hated to leave. Great location with an easy drive to the airport, very near fantastic restaurants in Scottsdale and near Camelback mountain. The view is amazing, perfectly kept grounds and friendly staff. We had dinner one night at the resort restaurant and it was very good. Can’t wait to return and stay longer.

Disliked: Minor inconvenience, but entertainment system in the room wouldn’t sync easily. Took multiple calls to service and it was still unstable. Larger villas could accommodate a better refrigerator and coffee set up. There were lots of huge cabinets in our room with no discernible purpose. Maybe just a design choice that most people wouldn’t even notice.
