“Close to public transport”

We had a pleasant stay, breakfast was ok. We asked the reception staff, how much a taxi to the airport, and they said $25 to $30 Singapore dollars. We arrived at the airport at 5am and the cost was $40. Very misleading information.

“Perfect for a huge group/family”

They were so accomodating. They even upgraded us without us asking. So thoughtful. Made our stay even more special. Stayed here before and the service and rooms are always perfect. Will continue to stay here for future visits. Would definitely recommend.

“Room condition and pool are excellent.”

We were upgraded and stayed on a high floor. It was wonderful. There are two pools, but we only used the main pool. It’s much larger than we expected—definitely use it if you’re serious about swimming. We were sightseeing and it was so hot that we used the pool every day. Bottled water wasn’t provided, so we had to buy it. The hotel is a bit away from the main attractions, but public transport is good so it wasn’t inconvenient. Overall, very satisfied.
