“Nice hotel”
Very good dan cozy hotel. Clean room with daily housekeeping. Friendly staff. Coffe machine and ice machine all day facility. Near to mrt station. Many local shop and resto around like mcd, burger king etc. But feel unsafe coz many people/homeless hangout on the way to station, asked one dollar. We took Uber when we back to hotel in the night to avoid bad incident. Hopefully the authorities/police take action to make the neighborhood clear and safe.

Liked: Property was clean, the rooms were larger than expected. Easy, short walk to the subway.
Disliked: The location is convenient to jump on the subway, maybe a 2 minute walk. You do encounter a lot of questionable people on your way to and from the subway but for adults I think this is a great place. I wouldn’t stay here with my kids though.

“Decent”
Located very close to a subway station so its easy to get around the city. Decent sized room with nice bathroom. Neighbourhood is a but questionable but overall it's OK.

“Reasonable and satisfying!”
It's quite far north from Manhattan, so the neighborhood can feel a little scary at night, but it was close to the station so it wasn't a problem. It's also near a train station and a bus stop, so the transport links are very good, and with city accommodation costs rising, it was a big help. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, which was inconvenient, but when I asked the front desk they brought one right away. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't notice any noise from the surroundings at all. There aren't any side dishes, but a simple breakfast is included: bread, boiled eggs, coffee, yogurt, etc. I liked being able to choose—some days I ate at the hotel, other days I could easily go out and eat what I wanted—so that suited me very well.

“Very good”
Liked: The cleanliness and the courteous people. The room size
Disliked: The breakfast was unimpressive and the noisy neighbors outside that kept playing music way past appropriate times. I made a police report via the front desk

“Really good value for money if you are ok with the scenes”
Liked: Hotel breakfast, bed was comfortable and the room was quite big for USA standards.
Disliked: Only the location, its in the Bronx so expect to see quite a lot of wierd people who are on drugs, so even the ~150m walk to the metro felt quite sketchy.
