Oriental Lander Hotel

ห้องแคบ ของเราห้อง Twin พื้นที่ว่างบนพื้นกางกระเป๋าใบ24นิ้วก็เต็มแล้ว แต่ก็ปกติของในฮ่องกงแหละ ทำเลเดินประมาณ5นาทีถึง mtr ถ้าไม่ชอบอยู่ในเมืองก็ได้อยู่ มีหัวแปลง Type G ในลิ้นชักนะ1ชิ้นเยี่ยมเลยๆๆ น้ำดื่มขวดละ8HKD

Multiple experience during my stays, 1. Not value for money we paid 2. Room size & ventilation 3.Aircon non functions 4. No restaurant even water bottle free 5. Shifted 3 rooms, same issues

I stayed at Oriental Lander hotel for 4 days, not satisfied with my stay. The room was so small, cant even store a big suitcase, no refrigerator, no sugar, old tea bags in brown sachets, looked like no one touched it and same was placed back in the tray. I arrived from a 20hour flight and landed in HK early as 8am, I was informed come back and do check-in at 14:00(2pm), I requested well before if early check in was provided, no response, the person at reception was bit rude, and judgemental.Prepare for 500HKD dollars as security deposit in cash, that is not indicated in advance.Well no atms were around to withdraw cash. Being a non resident be prepared to pay service tax of 72HKD. Total bond amounted to 572HKD. The bed was soo hard, resulted in back pain eventually. Can hear neighbours talking in other room and moving around at midnight. 6 bottles of water is provided in the room however, pay 6HKD if you would like to comsume one bottle. This hotel is in an industrial area.Definitely there is a service station nearby and few shops around, but bit of walking is required. Room was cleaned everyday and the towels and toiletries was provided during room cleanup. Overall, I don't recommend oriental lander, not worth paying bond which is refundable yet not worth the stay.:(

Very tiny room.

This hotel surrounding by commercial stores. It was noisy. The Outside look ok but inside the hotel was really bad. Smell bad and very old and worn out badly. The room was very small and tight space can not put luggage on the floor to open. It was expensive and terrible for me.

The hotel was difficulty to find with bad instructions on access to the hotel. When i got to the hotel the staff were really rude abrupt and could really benefit from custoemr service training... they practically shouted at me and my guest, were rude inconsiderate even though my guest was feeling unwell on top of this the place seemed dirty and untidy. They would not listen offer water. For anyone wanting to have a happy stay in Hong Kong I would stay away.

Before booking on the website, the room look clean, nice and spacious. Didn’t know that the actual room looks so clamp and small room. Not recommended to stay.
