“Very good”
Had to find a place to stay at short notice due to a problem with my train ticket. Not sure why else you'd stay in this town. The hotel served it's purpose

“The service staff was very bad.”
The service from the staff was very poor. They were uninterested and spoke as if they were just passing time. If they don't want to provide service, why come and work as a receptionist? When I returned the room key, they were indifferent; I understand returning the key, but they just glanced over and turned away, then proceeded to make coffee like it was no big deal. Confusing and terrible.

“Exceptional”
The booking price of 250 is very worth it. The air conditioning is cool, there is hot water available, and we got a warm family room with 3 rooms. The staff is kind and even ironed clothes on the bed under the bed sheet, charging only 400 baht.

“Perfect”
Liked: Prank Buri, it’s a small industrial town where you can find literally everything. From the different street food stand following the stationary shops and markets and the post office. The hotel is located in the heart of the town so it took max 5 min - 10 min walk to find any needed. Since I was there to finish my research, I was a regular visitor of stationary shops, post office, hardware shops and if I wanted to have breakfast I just went to the market which is 5 min away, the hotel restaurant opens at 5pm so I had my regular street food places to eat.
Disliked: Look, After staying there two months what I would suggest is that, You need to be honest with your needs. If you looking for a 5 star exclusive hotel with so one shadowing you constantly, looking for your desires, then this is not for you. However if you want to disappear little bit, be alone 15min from the beach and have a nice sleep in a nice room with aircon, then this is tournplace. The hotel is not new, and yes there are geckos, spiders, insects, deal with it, it’s Thailand.

“Facilitative items”
The amenities are not complete as indicated in the Agoda application. There is no refrigerator as stated, and I have bought perishable items in quantity, but to my surprise, there is no refrigerator. I called the staff downstairs, and they informed me that if I wanted a refrigerator, I would need to book a different class of room. How am I, as a consumer, supposed to know what to book to get a refrigerator when every class listed states that there is a refrigerator, a water heater, and air conditioning in every room?

“Acceptable”
There was a strong unpleasant smell from the entrance downstairs, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the room wasn't very clean. I booked three rooms and decided to waste my money and look for a new place to stay.

“Acceptable”
Booked and paid for 2 days on New Year, but the hotel informed us it was full only after payment we ended up struggling to find accommodation on one of the busiest nights of the year this should never happen with a confirmed booking being left without a place to stay on New Year night after paying in advance is unacceptable the hotel should take responsibility by refunding or helping relocate guests
