Only the mattress made my body sore. Yesterday I had room no ***, and got a bed with a metal frame that was assembled; suggestion: the bed needs to be replaced, or at least given a wooden base so the mattress can lie flat and support the body.
I've stayed here many times and I like it because of the strategic location—easy to find food nearby. But I was a bit disappointed yesterday. Usually the price matches what's on the app. Yesterday, with a female receptionist, I was charged an extra fee—what it was for wasn't explained. When the male staff are on duty, I've never been asked for additional charges; the price matches the app except for a deposit. Also they gave me a room with a lot of mosquitoes 🥲. The male staff are very nice, but the female receptionist was a bit off.
My husband was asked to pay an extra fee when checking in with the reason that the price he paid on the app was too low. The hotel felt they were losing money. What should we do about that?
Easy to reach location, clean rooms, spacious parking, only the television didn't work. Strategically located in the city center.
In my opinion one of the best guesthouses for the 100 to 200 thousand price range. For the future, the TV should be usable and not just for display 🙂
Staying at this place was very satisfying in terms of price and its strategic location. The cleanliness was pleasing and very clean; however, the facilities were somewhat lacking. It would be good to add a mirror and improve the TV facilities.
