“The worst hotel experience ever”

Disliked: From the beginning it was a terrible experience. I arrived and they informed me that they needed a cash only $50-$250 deposit. I could not use a card. They had an ATM that only gave out $100 bills and they did not have changed for $100 bills and I had to leave my baggage and walk to a weed dispensary to use their ATM in order to book my room or lose it. If I did not pay the deposit I could not have a room and they could not refund my money and I would’ve had to go through the booking service. There were roaches in the room. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in and maybe a twin size. The TV was busted with lines through it. There was no trashcan inside of the room. There were panels missing out of the ceiling in the bathroom That I had to put back myself because you could see through into the other room which was very unsettling. Before check out starting at 9 AM they went down the line and banged on all of the doors every 30 minutes to ask if you were getting up and checking out by 11. I had a meal of oatmeal in the room which I cleaned up the spilled bits in the microwave with one of the towels because there were no tissue found inside of the room and only half a roll of toilet paper left. I was confronted at the front desk for doing this and they tried to keep my $50 Deposit And I had to beg them to give it back.

This hotel didn't have what I asked for. Their pet friendly rooms were completely booked. In this case I need to be completely refunded my money asap

Liked: Nothing at all the pictures of the rooms are nothing like what you get I had a two bed smoking room but I was given a dirty filthy room with one bed and no microwave or tv I stayed for two nights and I couldn’t get any clean towels. Was horrible trip
