“Disappointing Experience – Poor Room Hygiene and Customer Service”

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing from the moment I checked in. I found a crawling larva on the bedsheet, and the room had an unpleasant smell. It was extremely frustrating, especially since we had just arrived from a flight and were expecting a clean, comfortable room where we could rest. I had to go to the reception immediately to request assistance and a room change. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve the following day. When I approached the reception desk to ask for assistance, the three female receptionists on duty were too busy looking at their phones and gossiping with each other. They did not even seem to notice that a guest was standing right in front of them. This lack of awareness and professionalism made me feel ignored and unwelcome. I understand that issues can happen, but basic cleanliness and attentive customer service should be the minimum standard of any hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the housekeeping standards and the front desk staff's attitude toward guests. A hotel stay should be a comfortable experience, not one that leaves guests feeling frustrated and neglected.

“My first visit to Parañaque”

Our stay at the Oyster Plaza Hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and courteous. My next visit to Parañaque I will definitely stay there again 😃👍♥️

“Small roaches everywhere”

We stayed at Suite A. So much tiny cockroaches. I have video and photo proof. The TV doesn't have a remote, the AC doesn't have a remote but there's an iwata AC that barely works. Good value if you don't care too much about the little roaches. The staff is nice tho.
