OZO Hotel Arena Amsterdam

Liked: Location from the Metro, kettle in room

Disliked: The hotel seems bit old with less lighting, room walls seems dirty, bathroom doors with gap dont have a lock to hold in a position, the odor from bathroom entering room...not value for money with respect to the distance from the Centraal, no complementary water in the rooms.

Liked: I liked the location, breakfast and the ambiance of the hotel

Disliked: The bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. My son slipped and fell from the bed twice. It was a good thing he did not hit his head. The single beds are too small, they are not even up to a single bed size. The fabric on the bed is slippery. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days and even the 1st day was not cleaned properly. Very disappointed about the non cleaning of our room

Liked: We had a nice time at OZO hotel the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful and the room and sheets are very clean 9

Liked: The location of the hotel was great.

Disliked: The bathroom isolation was not good. While bathing, water leaks to toilet side.

Liked: Booking was smooth, staff was friendly and breakfast was good for the price.

Disliked: Pillow are small and hard. Bed was hard. Bedlight wasn't working. And everywhere in the hotel you see neglected maintenance.

I had a short stay and its nice and quiet

Liked: Location was great very close to the met/train. Just out of all the hussle of city centre. Football stadium 1 stop away on met which is perfect. Staff were excellent rooms were comfortable and plenty big enough. Coffee in the hotel bar was best we had while we were there made by the lovely bar staff. Receptionists were all very helpful and friendly will definitely stay here again.
