“Clean and comfortable near Schiphol”

In Amsterdam for two nights to run the marathon and needed a reasonably priced hotel. It’s about 20 mins on the train from the city, clean and comfortable. Did the job and would use again if the price was right. Appreciated the free shuttle after arriving in AMS at 9pm on first night.

“Exceptional”

Mostly used the hotel as a place to sleep, but it was a very comfortable experience. Bit far from the city center, but it's only a 10-20 minute walk away from direct busses/city sprinter. Location and 24/7 desk is super convenient if you have early or late night flights!

“Never returning to this hotel again.”

Liked: Room was really nice and comfortable. Lady Reception on check-in was very nice and pleasant and also very helpful. Overall satisfied with condition on the room except the sound outside which is details below.

Disliked: The noise outside the room, by the window. It is like a machine sound that kept me up all night and I only stayed 1 night. I had to keep my series sound loud to hide the machine sound. I was told that I will have Netflix for this room which was one of the reason why I booked a suite. Netflix was not working at all and the issue was not resolved even after I left. Also the casting/chromecast was also not working which was truly disappointing. Reception desk male staff very unfriendly and did not smile at all except when he is chatting with this friends or female guests he likes. So double standards. The hotel confirmed that there will be Turkey bacon as I am a Muslim but they only served Pork Bacon. This is total misinformation and very disappointing as I was expecting it.

“Good place for an overnight between planes”

I just needed a place for one night, and this worked well. There was a nice, basic restaurant for dinner so you didn’t need to leave the building, and there was brewed coffee available as well as vending machines by the front door if you don’t have time for the full, sit-down breakfast. If you book a single room, be aware that there aren’t any windows and the curtain is over a light well.

“Cheaper Option”

Amsterdam is expensive, if you don't mind being out of the centre of the city it's a viable cheaper option. Staff were nice and helpful, room was clean and tidy
