“Lovely location, staff & facilities!”
I spent 6 nights at the hotel and I was very pleased whether about the cleanliness of the hotel or the location or the lovely green gardens surrounded the rooms and of course the friendly staff who are always ready to help specially Mr.Pol at front desk. I definitely would recommend the hotel in Kata area for above reasons as well as as its a walking distance to Kata Beach for those who love beaches.

“First trip to Phuket~~”
After traveling only to the north every time, I chose the south for the first time and came across this hotel.. I was satisfied in every aspect.. I understand now why it's so highly rated.. If I travel to Phuket again, I would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful stay and praise to OZO management!”
We had a wonderful stay at OZO Phuket and were very happy with our experience. The hotel management deserves special praise. Everything is very clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and cozy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and their English is very good, so communication was easy throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the fact that everything in the hotel feels new and well maintained. The children’s program is also fantastic — there are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, which makes the hotel a great choice for families. The location is another major advantage. The beach, cafés, shops, markets, and other amenities are all within a very short walking distance. There are also buses stopping right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to get around Phuket. We also had a lovely surprise on the day of our departure. The hotel was launching its first promotional campaign from ONYX Group, where guests could spin a wheel, answer questions, and win prizes. We were lucky enough to win a complimentary upgrade to the next level — Sapphire — as well as a branded OZO Phuket bag and complimentary cocktails/mocktails. It was such a fun and thoughtful way to finish our stay! The only minor downside for us was that the rooms are quite small, and there could be more convenient and reliable power outlets. We sometimes had issues with phone chargers disconnecting, apparently because of unstable power at the outlets. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. OZO Phuket is a modern, comfortable, family-friendly, and well-managed hotel with a great location. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again!

“Very good”
Liked: The hotel was clean and well located. Surrounded by shops, cafes, services and night markets. Rooms are clean and with a good space. Facilities and swimming pools were enjoyable for all. Helpful staff. Good breakfast served.
Disliked: Good overall.
