Liked: Everything. The staff was very attentive and helpfull. The rooms were big and comfortable. The view from the rooms and the roof breath taking. The location was great. Great breakfast.... everything was perfect. We had 4 rooms.

Disliked: Liked everything...

Liked: We really enjoyed the beautiful waterfront setting and the overall atmosphere at PADMA. The property is lovely, and the pool and waterfront areas were especially enjoyable. Most of the staff were warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming, with the bartender and breakfast staff standing out in particular. The coffee and drinks were also excellent.

Disliked: Our main disappointment was the strictness of some of the hotel’s policies and, more importantly, how they were communicated. The no-outside-food policy was not disclosed when we booked, and we were unexpectedly confronted about it in front of others. There were also a few other situations where rules around children and where guests could sit or eat felt unnecessarily restrictive. We completely understand that hotels have rules, but clearer communication in advance and a more discreet, family-friendly approach to enforcing them would have made a big difference.

Liked: Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the luxurious atmosphere to the impeccable cleanliness and delicious breakfast, everything about this place makes you feel amazing. The staff were also incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the experience even better. And the pool overlooking the sea is simply on another level. Absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Padma. The hotel is new, modern and very attractive, and the location is excellent. The rooms are lovely and the overall design gives the hotel a very pleasant atmosphere. What stood out most for us, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly and helpful, and we felt that they really cared about making our stay enjoyable. They were always willing to help and made a real effort to accommodate our requests. One lovely example was our last morning, when we had to leave at 6:30 am. We only asked if it would be possible to have something light for breakfast, but they kindly prepared a full breakfast for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we really appreciated. Overall, we left with a very positive impression of the hotel, particularly because of the warmth and dedication of the team.

Disliked: The hotel has a lot of potential, but I think a few adjustments would make the guest experience much more aligned with the quality and positioning of the property. Some of the processes could be made smoother and more in line with the level of experience the hotel aims to offer, particularly around payment and check-out. There are also a few practical details that could be improved. For a beach hotel, for example, having a discreet and convenient place for guests to dry towels and swimwear would be very useful. As the hotel is new, there are also a few details and facilities that still seem to be settling into place, and the pool area could benefit from a more comfortable and functional space for guests to relax. None of these points are major issues individually, and the staff’s willingness to help certainly makes a difference. They are simply areas where, with some fine-tuning, the hotel could make the overall experience feel as refined and polished as the property itself.

Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful and located right at the promenade so the location is ideally situated. The rooms are extremely comfortable and lovely. The breakfast is served on the rooftop of the hotel which overlooks the sea so the view is stunning and the hotel serves lovely Mediterranean cuisine. The infinity pool is also very nice. The ladies at the reception are very sweet and friendly. The beach is quite literally in front of the hotel and you can rent two beds and an umbrella for 700 lek (so approx. 7 euros).

Disliked: Only very minor things - the elevator is quite slow and there are no comforters in the bedding, there is only a very thin top sheet to cover yourself which looks like a flat sheet / piece of material. For me it was too thin but maybe it’s a local custom to use it like that, I am not sure.

Liked: The building is brand new! They had all the amenities you could think of(even shaving kit lol) the rooms were clean and they fixed our bed every other morning. The staff was very kind. The poolside was perfect for pictures. The breakfast was amazing with fresh products and the staff was very helpful all the time. Good value for the price. They’re probably gonna have to host me again next year
