“Exceptional”

Liked: No complaints about anything! Comfortable bed, good breakfast, very friendly staff, and great location — quiet but with views to the Danube.

Disliked: Can’t think of anything!

“Exceptional”

Liked: Locație aproape de pădure pt pornire in drumeții. Distanta de mers pe jos la Peleș. Stație autobuz la 300m. Mic dejun micuț dar indestulator. Loc de joaca interior pt copii.

Disliked: Încărcarea device-urilor putin dificila din cauza numărului de prize disponibile din camera.

“Acceptable”

Liked: The breakfast was decent, and there was a large balcony with a nice view of the forest. The bathtub was large and everything was very clean.

Disliked: The spa was not included in the price and was extremely overpriced. 30eur/1h/pp for the sauna is ridiculous, especially for a hotel which advertises itself as a spa hotel. There is NO air conditioning, and the mattress and pillows are awful. There was no staff at reception during our checkout, and the EV chargers are used as normal parking so we couldn't use them. The hotel itself has a lot of wear and tear and is not very well maintained.

“Exceptional”

Liked: We had a very spacious and clean room (Copenhagen) with a lovely view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. As we were travelling with a toddler, it was a wonderful surprise to discover a dedicated kids’ room full of toys. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant, which made the overall experience even better We will definitely be back!

Disliked: We didn’t use the SPA, but including access in the room rate rather than charging an additional fee would be a nice enhancement. It would also be helpful to have clearer information on which floor each room is located when booking.
