Palacio San Telmo Boutique Hotel

Liked: There was no hot water in the first day of our stay so we couldn’t take a shower. I requested the drain water blocker and more hangers, which were delivered on the third day.

Disliked: It is old and not clean. The restroom is small and the design was not good.

Hotel esta cerca de estaciones de subte y con sitios para comer cercanos. Buena experiencia

Hotel con muy buena ubicación. Habitaciones limpias. Lugar tranquilo para descansar

Liked: It was relatively cheap

Disliked: Old and ugly room Tiny room Soap and shampoo were awful Bad service from the receptionist

Good place, has all facilities you need, staff really friendly and helpful Would recommend

Liked: The location was great, walking distance from Puerto Madero. The staff was helpful. Room was well sized, but the bathroom a little small.

Disliked: All good

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful except for the agent who checked me in. He was too busy to help as he was playing on this phone and did not speak any English. In the initial room, the heat did not work but he was too lazy to come help at 2am when I checked into the room. The next day the agent, Alanis was very helpful and listened to my problem and immediately changed my room and verified the heat was working. She followed up with me for the remainder of my stay and was very nice lady.

Disliked: Front desk clerk at checkin

Liked: Good location

Disliked: The bed was not that comfy and the heater seems to be small for the room.
