Palette Amura Hotel - Near Gigamall

Windows room pay200k. Disappointed. Smelly in room.

Old broken furniture, dirt, dust, insects. The pictures don't match reality.

I’ve stayed here twice. The first time was very okay. The second time I came back there was a different evening-shift staff member and I wasn’t very happy with their attitude. On the second visit the hot water in the evening didn’t work — I waited a long time with the tap on and there was still no hot water. If I could give advice, I’d recommend booking a Deluxe room — I found it better, and the app prices were better than booking directly. Don’t be like me: when I asked and then booked through the app, the staff member’s attitude was poor. The late-night shift staff are very nice and enthusiastic.

The images shown on Agoda are not an accurate representation of what can be seen when booking a stay here. My room was filthy from their being stuff on the wall, water leakage in the bathroom, dust and debris on my bed, etc. Furthermore the elevator was broken one day, location had nothing really, and staff seem unenthusiastic and hospitable.

The room was too dirty — this is a guesthouse, I repeat this is a guesthouse. The photos are very different from reality. Anyone planning a long stay should think twice.

I had a business trip in Ho Chi Minh City and needed to stay one night; I was very disappointed with this hotel. 1. The parking/vehicle area was uncomfortable. 2. The room was very dirty, old, noisy, and the bathroom had a bad smell. 3. Soundproofing was poor so it was very noisy and it was hard to sleep.

Liked: For the price this place is great. I often stay here when they have rooms free. It's close to a lot of shops. The rooms are big and the staff are great.

The location on highway direct attach to Airport. near by Giga mall for fun and many kinds of food there. almost good
