“So much worse then the pictures”
My stay at this resort was an absolute nightmare and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. Upon arrival, the first red flag was the parking lot, which is in a truly nasty, unmaintained state—rife with deep potholes, overflowing trash bins, and debris scattered everywhere. It quickly became clear that the property's management focuses all of their cosmetic efforts entirely on the entrance and lobby to fool unsuspecting guests, while letting the rest of the facility rot in severe neglect. Stepping into the room was a shock; it looked nothing like the polished, heavily filtered photographs advertised online. The space smelled musty, the walls showed signs of water damage, and the overall atmosphere felt dingy and outdated. The mattress was a disaster—lumpy, sagging deeply in the middle, and covered in suspicious stains. Given its condition and the lack of cleanliness throughout the room, it felt entirely plausible that it harbors bedbugs. The rest of the amenities were equally appalling. The pool area was completely neglected, with murky, discolored water and debris floating on the surface, making it look more like a health hazard than a place to swim or unwind. The public restrooms located around the resort were in an equally deplorable and unsanitary condition, emitting foul odors and lacking basic upkeep. Instead of rest and relaxation, the entire experience caused constant stress and frustration. It was a complete waste of hard-earned money. I strongly urge fellow travelers to steer clear of this property, pay a little extra, and book somewhere that respects its guests enough to provide basic cleanliness and functional accommodations.

“Exceptional”
The first thing you notice is the pleasant aroma of the spa, which is very good. The atmosphere in the room is also quite nice, private, with the bathroom divided into a shower area and a toilet area, which I really like. We can use the bathroom together with family while still maintaining privacy. The reception staff are very courteous, which I was impressed with.

photos are photos hopped and the swimming pool photo, is nothing like that I ordered 1 double bed but got 2 singletons have a kettle but no cups or coffee etc

“economical place, not for relaxation”
the general room we had is just simple and very economical place, not for holiday relaxation just a passing through type room for 1 night is ok when needing a cheep room..
