Palette Fuji Boutique Japanese Hotel Near Nha Trang Beach

Cleaner ladies: 10/10. Super helpful. Receptionists: rude, unfriendly Minor points: The chair was very uncomfortable, can’t work on this chair. Was basically decorative. The second room (8th floor) I stayed in had a strange sound when I flushed the toilet. Bit eerier sound.

This hotel is super cute i love the Japanese style. Room was very clean and modern. Only issue was that for me personally the bed was a bit hard.

All good

Liked: Super cute room, very Japanese feeling (although I guess I've never been to Japan so I guess it's what I would imagine it would be like), super quiet and we stored our bags there for awhile the day we checked out!

1000 times no. Very dirty hotel. Dirty starts from lobby, elevator everywhere. Only room was clean. We asked stuff why it is so dirty, they said that management is changed. So I never recommend it. The price doesn’t match it at all. U can find much better hotels in Nha Trang clean, and cheaper.

Liked: Goed bed

Room was very noisy. I stayed in floor 5 and can hear the dogs barking outside. Another night has a couple next door argument loud so I can hear them talked with not missing any words. The soundproofing of the walls is poor. Next day I required change different room, it’s better but it’s too sunny on the morning from small window as same the first room. Not good pillows either. The telephone in the rooms are not working. The telephone cord has been cut.

OK
