Hotel nya udah lama, gak terurus dan gelap banget jalan ke kamar nya.

The hotel’s location is quite nice and suitable for couples looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. However, the hotel facilities and service are poor and fall far below expectations. The reception desk is often unattended, and there is rarely any security staff at the entrance gate. There is also no bellboy to assist guests. The rooms do not have telephones, so if you need anything, you have to walk to the front desk, where it can sometimes be difficult to find a staff member. Even the basic in-room amenities are poorly managed. Complimentary coffee is provided, but there are no spoons available. The soap had run out and was not replenished. To make matters worse, an empty mineral water bottle left by a previous guest was still sitting on the table in my room, clearly showing that the room had not been properly checked and cleaned. The rooms are also poorly soundproofed. Noise from other guests can be extremely loud and disturbing. On my last night, I was unable to sleep because the guests in the room next door checked in and were incredibly noisy. Their loud alarm and voices woke me up at 4 AM, and I couldn't fall asleep again. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I had already reported the disturbance to the hotel staff, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. Guests who come to a hotel for peace and relaxation should not have to endure this kind of disturbance, especially during sleeping hours. It is disappointing that a hotel with a nice location cannot provide basic facilities, proper housekeeping, attentive service, or adequate soundproofing. The location has potential, especially for couples seeking a quiet getaway, but the poor facilities, lack of staff availability, inadequate room maintenance, and failure to address noise complaints seriously affected my stay. There is clearly room for improvement in both service quality and attention to detail.

The hotel is enjoyable, even without air conditioning it feels cool as if using air conditioning. The hotel is clean, and the staff is quite friendly. The only downside is that it's not soundproof, so it just happened that when I stayed, there was a community staying as well, and their noise could be heard in my room. Overall, it's okay.

Deket Lembang, tidak jauh dari kota. Strategis, nyaman, bahkan di hotel ini sudah ada viewnya yang indah di rooftop..

The price is comparable to the facilities, large room, very beautiful view, perfect for healing after a tiring day at work. 😍

Bizarre place...obviously architect designed.....20m pool.....reception area would grace a king.....rooms are clean....with balconies....mine overlooked the city.....1994 cafe has beer (sometimes).....

Pas belok dari jalan raya dan masuk ke hotel ini, kami bingung karena ada gedung terbengkalai dan rusak di bagian depannya. Lalu kami tanya ke orang yg lagi nyapu di situ, dan disuruh untuk ikutin jalan turunan. Begitu kami turun, ternyata ada tempat parkirnya. Kami lalu bingung di mana resepsionisnya tapi begitu lihat ke bawah, ada gedung hotelnya. Kami proses cek in dan diberi tahu bahwa kamar kami di bawah, turun tangga 2x, di posisi paling pojok. Di depan kamar kami ada kolam renang anak yng tidak dipakai lagi dan taman bermain yg sudah rusak. Kami masuk kamar dan merasa tidak nyaman. Kamar mandinya moldy, pintunya tidak bisa ditutup dan lantainya berdebu. Sungguh tidak nyaman. 30 menit kemudian kami memutuskan untuk check out detik itu juga.

Sepertinya untuk kamar apalagi balconnharus diperhatian
