The hotel’s location is very strategic, which is a big advantage. However, it is disappointing that the room was not cleaned and the rubbish was not collected, even after we had informed the staff. The TV facilities,hair dyer were also unsatisfactory. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.
