Paragon Saigon Hotel

Good hotel in a nice central location, with a spacious and comfortable suite.

loud AC

The hotel is fine, bed comfortable and rooms clean. WiFi is a bit slow Breakfast was really good, the other food was just average. Would stay again if I had too but would try a different area as it could be a little noisy at night from outside.

This hotel is one that I have been taken care of so much that I can't even remember how many times I have stayed here. Among the many hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, it is my favorite hotel. ■ Location It is located in District 1, close to the Japanese area, providing excellent access to various shops including restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and Uniqlo. You can also walk to Takashimaya and Buivien Street. ■ Guest Rooms The organization and tidiness are impeccable, and you can stay in larger rooms compared to Japanese hotels of the same price range. The toilets are western-style and are on par with those in Japan. ■ Meals The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of options, and they make pho fresh on the spot. The pho at this hotel is delicious enough that there's no need to visit specialized restaurants for it. Personally, I love the porridge at this hotel, and I enjoy adding something like braised pork and cotton-like processed pork to the porridge. I can start my day by enjoying a lot of delicious food. ■ Gym & Pool Due to its location in a high-end area, the facilities are not extremely spacious, but they have all the necessary functions and equipment. I always want to exercise and swim every day, so I am really happy with these facilities. While not large, they are clean and well-equipped. ■ Staff This is a very important evaluation point. No matter how luxurious a hotel is, if the atmosphere of the staff is not good, the overall impression will decline. However, this hotel has a lot of friendly staff, and even without knowing the internal workings, you can feel that the hotel's operation has a pleasant atmosphere. ■ Overall Impression There are many hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, so it would be endless to compare higher and lower-priced hotels. I have stayed at more expensive and cheaper hotels, but I am convinced that this hotel and the "Nhat Ha L'opera Hotel" next to it are the best hotels. Friendly staff, cost-effective guest rooms, and delicious breakfasts. Everyone should be satisfied. Finally, thank you so much to ***san, ***san, and ***san, who always take good care of me. I think I will continue to stay at this hotel from now on.

Nice and convenient place

Room was clean. Staff was great!

The location, reception response, breakfast, etc. were almost without problems, but overall, it seems to be an older hotel, and during my 5-day stay, there was no hot water for the shower. The showerhead was also old, and the water pressure was not good. That was my only complaint, but everything else was satisfactory.

Fantastic value, great area, friendly staff. perfect stay.
