Parc Borough City Resort

Disliked: location

Liked: I love everything here. Food are excellent, staffs are excellent and convenient location for us.

Liked: Food was so good!

Disliked: The pool area is very small, photos make it look a lot bigger. staff are not trained to 5 star standard. Every time I wanted a drink by the pool I would have to walk down to the bar to get their attention and usually found the staff just chatting together or on their phones. This happened even with the manager!

Hotel room was very clean The deluxe sweet is large, However, garden view is not really a garden but a parking lot Also payed for an extra bed 1500 baht per night and received folding wooden board bed with simple mattress. Not 5* bed standards

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. It has good security, parking, and very good service from the staff. The price is reasonable.

Liked: Value for money

Disliked: It gives a 5 star ambience. Pool attached to rooms❣️

Liked: Fantastic service from the staff. Breakfast was great, we took a 3bhk suite and it is fantastic for bigger families.

Disliked: Rooms were a little small to accomodate multiple suitcases.

Liked: We loved our stay here. This hotel is clean, modern, has friendly and professional staff and good coffee! Plus it’s in a good location but a little tucked away which was lovely! The restaurant is yummy too and it has a big breakfast buffet. We even were brought welcome drinks!

Disliked: The only thing downside is that this hotel has no gym with weights. They have a couple of cardio machines but that’s it. No weights nor mat area.
