It is very close to Times Square, MTA station is just 50 meters may be across the street, rooms were big clean and spacious. Given the location I thought the room might be small but it was really big. Staff at reception lacked energy or enthusiasm, they were not rude like many reviews mentioned earlier. Also they allow you to keep the luggage even after check out in safe room not just a tag in the lobby area. Overall we had a good 3 days stay.compared to other hotels we looked at this was reasonable price and at that price I would definitely recommend park central.

Definitely the room was clean and smells good! I was hoping for a buffet breakfast but not a major thing. Staffs friendly. Will definitely come back!
Liked: Staff were accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel itself was close to Central Park, Times Square, and other restaurants and places.
Disliked: I had to request to move rooms. The bathroom itself was the biggest concern; broken shower handle, short curtain that caused the water to spray out into the bathroom floor and created a mess, and a smell that was almost like they cleaned it with a dirty towel everywhere. The room itself didn't feel clean either. The room I moved to afterwards was a lot better and made my stay comfortable. If it weren't for the move, I would have felt miserable in the room I was initially in. The hotel holds your luggage before or after check-out.

Disliked: Not a 4-star experience. A maintenance guy walked into our room unannounced. Details in room are rough - unfinished edges, sloppy installation. They actually took towels OUT of our room, left us w/ 2 towels for 3 people. No mini fridge.
