Park Hotel Hamburg Arena

Liked: The room was clean and cozy, I appreciated the small fridge that I didn't remember from my previous stay. WiFi was exceptional, stable and fast. I chose this hotel because it is located a short walk from the Sportwerk complex, a pleasant walk through a leafy neighborhood.

Disliked: Breakfast is definitely too expensive at €20/day per person, I solved this by buying something in the nearby Lidl and hot drinks from the petrol station across the street.

Liked: The pillows were amazing s++ tier slept like I was in the clouds. The desk service was accommodating and welcoming! It was a small room but everything included.

Disliked: WIFIIIIII oh my god we didnt have any internet entire trip. Like if it was slightly lagging id be okay. But there was like none. And the location but at least it was near a bus stop so going somewhere was nicely managable.

Liked: The hotel is very clean and quiet, and the room was large and comfortable. I didn't have a car, but there are several restaurants nearby within walking distance, and you can always eat at the hotel. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the room temperature.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi connection was disappointing; I had to ask for another room shortly after arriving because the first one had absolutely no signal. The new room was on the ground floor, where the signal was better, but the connection speed varied greatly throughout the day, from almost unusable to good, but never exceptional. A shame for an otherwise wonderful hotel.

Liked: The Hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are clean. Breakfast is also good.

Disliked: The Hotel needs some upgrades especially, room doors don’t close well and you can hear every noise coming from the hallway. I overall liked the hotel, but I believe it’s a bit too pricey considering it needs some improvements. For that price range you can find better hotels in Hamburg.

Liked: The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Convenient for Hamburg airport.

Disliked: Not great for public transport but that was not the reason we chose this hotel. A ten minute walk does get you to a mainline station which is convenient for getting into the city centre. Some food had run out with 20 minutes left before breakfast finished. Very few nearby restaurants.

Bestens zufrieden mit allem.

Hotel is in a easy spot to travel into city centre right near the bus stop the room was neat with a mini fridge very good shower and the bed was very comfortable
