Liked: No comment other than it was functional.
Disliked: Very basic room. No tea or coffee in the room. No information of where things are in the hotel. I.e. vending machines, TV channels etc

“Hôtel buono e pulito all’uscita dell’autostrada per l’Aquila”
Curato e pulito, vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada, Buonissimaa posizione per chi in viaggio, camera spaziosa. Colazione puo essere meglio resto top. Cuscino e letto top ideale per chi in viaggio.

“The room was comfortable, but the unadjustable AC, small TV, limited breakfast, and rude staff left a negative impressio”
Liked: We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was great, and the bathroom was nice with plenty of towels. My only issue with the room was the air conditioning, it was set at one fixed temperature, and I couldn’t adjust it. Later, when we returned to the room, the AC wasn’t working at all. I had to call the front desk, and they turned it back on remotely. I’m still not sure why it was turned off in the first place. Also, the TV was so small you couldn’t really see it from the bed, which was disappointing for a suite. Breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t much variety, just the usual croissants and pastries. What really put us off, though, was the staff’s attitude. When we walked in and said “Buongiorno,” we were met with blank stares and no reply. We even repeated the greeting, thinking they hadn’t heard us, but still got nothing but silence. It was very rude, and we mentioned it to the lady at the front desk. Because of that experience, we chose not to go back for breakfast the next morning.
Disliked: The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and was turned off without explanation, we had to call the front desk to get it working again. The TV was very small and hard to see from the bed. Breakfast was limited and the staff were unfriendly, ignoring us when we greeted them. It left a bad impression and we didn’t return the next morning.
