“Very good”

Liked: The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: The only downside was the check-in/check-out policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM, with an extra charge to change it to the more standard 3 PM/11 AM. Considering the price of the apartment, I don’t think guests should have to pay extra for more typical check-in and check-out times.

“Do not recommend.”

Disliked: Family vacation one night stay. Booked based on price of $149.95 per night, non-refundable. Upon check in I was required to pay an additional $115 resort fee (almost as much as the room cost!). The fee was not disclosed on booking.com- basically a hidden fee on a non-refundable room. Kids could not use pool- it was closed.

“Exceptional”

Liked: The grounds we're a lot more expensive and had a lot more to do, then I was expecting. Beach volleyball corn hall, basketball, pickleball tennis. Huge and really beautiful nature walk in interior courtyard area.

Disliked: Thoughy it was a great deal for a two bedroom apartment, and it turns out it was too good to be true. The additional resort fee will add $115 to your stay.
