“Good stay”
Great stay with excellent facilities for kids! However, service could be improved. Need to pay RM5 for a set of cutlery, but it never arrived. Hopefully, the service can be improved for a better guest experience.

“Great stay”
Tho it was short, but we had a pleasant stay there. Kids loved the pool. Dinner and breakfast buffet spread was also nice too. Staffs especially check in counter, pool and buffer restaurant were pleasant. Crowd were large as it was a weekend but we get by😁

“Acceptable”
My stay was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable for the price I paid. The water heater was broken, leaving me with no hot water and making basic bathing facilities unusable. The toilet paper provided was of extremely poor quality. Even the two complimentary bottles of mineral water per night had to be manually requested and collected from reception. This is not the level of service expected from a hotel. The room booked through Agoda.com appears to have been oversold, leaving me without the accommodation I had paid for (night 2). The entire experience raises serious concerns about misleading booking practices. My refund is still pending, and the matter remains unresolved. I demand immediate action on my refund, including confirmation of the exact amount and a firm payment date. This level of accommodation, service and refund handling is completely unacceptable.
